i found the front desk staff very professional they were also helpful. breakfast had a wide variety of options it was quite delicious. i really enjoyed the hotel's location it was within walking distance of many sites.
the air conditioning in my room was not as strong as i would have liked.

The location is very convenient. Many important tourist spots are within easy reach. The staff provided amazing service in every area (I appreciated their help). The restaurant was surprisingly good. It provided great meals when stepping out was not an option.
The staff seemed rude upon check-in and not helpful at all. My room had a stale odor, similar to vomit. The bedsheets felt filthy and damp (it was quite unpleasant). I asked the manager for a refund so I could move elsewhere but he just said thank you for your comments.
